Power Move: IT Process Improvement

The Challenge

While working within the IT department of a U.S. major energy producer, Slalom Consulting observed that certain project management processes could benefit from improved methodologies and execution. Slalom looked at IT project delivery and execution and identified ways to make its PMO more efficient by going beyond project status.
