Perfect score for equality
The Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI) is the gold standard for companies that want to show their customers, employees, and the rest of the world that they support equality in the workplace. The index ranks more than 40 policies and practices related to LGBT employees—such as non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, public engagement with the LGBT community, and more—at hundreds of leading companies that submit applications, including most of the Fortune 500.
For the fourth year running, Slalom was proud to be named a best place to work for LGBT equality by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation.
Slalom received a perfect score on the 2018 Corporate Equality Index, a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBT workplace equality. We’re honored to be awarded this continued recognition from the HRC Foundation.
