Partners for good

Serving our local communities by putting our expertise to work

At Slalom, our why is to help our colleagues, communities, and clients reach for and realize the visions that result in a greater love of work and life. Through our partners for good program, Slalom employees leverage their community connections, passions for personal causes, and business acumen to make lasting impacts on their communities.

Our philanthropy and community pillars

Our ability to create lasting positive change is based on four pillars:

Our expertise

Nonprofits are vital to the health of our communities, whether they provide a safe space for kids after school or social services for the poor and elderly. These organizations aren’t immune to many of the challenges businesses face; yet, unlike many for-profit organizations, they often lack access to professional services expertise. We have a unique opportunity to fill that gap.

Every year, we partner with a select number of organizations and provide pro bono consulting services to help them solve some of their most pressing business and technology challenges.

Our time

Volunteering is something that really moves our employees. It connects them to their communities, and to each other. Throughout the year, we serve our communities on every scale—from small teams serving breakfast to people experiencing homelessness, to being out in full force at Tour de Cure.

Our contributions

From food and gift drives, to Movember mustache fundraising and everything in between, Slalom employees thrive on making positive impacts—and raising money is a big part of that. We are all-in every time and love championing good causes.

Our work

Our consultants have told us some of their most meaningful projects are when they see the impact they have helping nonprofits get more efficient and effective at serving their constituents. We count many nonprofit organizations among our growing client base—helping them expand their impact and ability to deliver more good in the world.
