Every voice is valued at Slalom
Our teams are diverse ones that challenge each other’s perceptions, push ideas further, and work together to build game-changing solutions. Attracting the best talent—regardless of race, creed, religion, age, gender, national origin, ability, or sexual orientation, gender identity—is always our top priority.
Simply put, we know that a diversified workforce makes us a better and smarter organization. It's the way we do business and live our lives. It's who we are.
Breaking the GLASS ceiling
Supporting and advancing the careers and lives of our LGBT and allied employees matters to us. Our GLASS (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender & Allied Employees Succeeding at Slalom) program supports this community through networking and community events.
We want Slalom to be the best place in the consulting industry for women to thrive personally and professionally. It starts with attracting and retaining top female talent. It continues with building relationships and communities that support women throughout their careers at Slalom.
Slalom Women’s Connect is at the heart of this effort. Through networking opportunities, leadership summits, and local events around the country, Women’s Connect builds relationships between peers and leaders and offers new opportunities for personal and professional development.
Score for equality
For companies that want to show their customers, employees, and the rest of the world that they support equality in the workplace, the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI) is the gold standard. The index ranks more than 40 policies and practices related to LGBT employees at hundreds of leading companies that submit applications, including most of the Fortune 500.
We recently earned a near-perfect score of 90 on the CEI, and we’re continuing to evolve our policies to hit the bullseye next year.
Slalom Consulting is an equal opportunity employer
