Glassdoor employees’ choice award
Slalom honored as one of the Glassdoor best places to work in 2016.
December 8, 2015
We’re proud to be honored with a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award, which recognizes the Best Places to Work in 2016. This is the seventh year in a row that Slalom has earned this employee-driven recognition. The eighth-annual Employees’ Choice Awards program relies solely on the input of employees, who elect to provide feedback on their jobs, work environments, and companies via Glassdoor.
Unlike other awards there was no self-nomination process, instead it’s entirely based on feedback our employees have voluntarily and anonymously shared on Glassdoor. To determine the winners of the awards, Glassdoor evaluates all company reviews shared by employees over the past year. This year, we are proud to be recognized among an elite group of companies that have more than 1,000 employees. (See all winners of the Glassdoor Best Places to Work 2016.)
Thank you to all our people who took the time to share their take on what it’s like to work at Slalom.
“We all want to get better, and so we like the feedback we get,” says John Tobin, Slalom co-founder and president of North America. “We are a feedback-driven company.”
An award-winning workplace tradition
This is Slalom’s seventh year on the Glassdoor Best Places to Work list. We’re also proud to be a Glassdoor OpenCompany and a Glassdoor top-ranking company for work-life balance.
And yet, says Slalom CEO Brad Jackson, awards such as this don’t mean that we should get comfortable. In fact, the opposite: “I’m excited for a few minutes, and then I immediately start thinking, ‘What do we need to do to make the experience even better for our people?’”
