March 4, 2016
Consulting magazine honors the impact that women are making on the profession with its annual Women Leaders in Consulting awards.
Slalom Atlanta’s own Lauren Stark was recognized as one of the top women in the industry in the future leader category. The award reflects her commitment to both client service and relationship building.
“Lauren represents the best of what Slalom has to offer,” says Paul Schur, Slalom Atlanta general manager. “She leads with integrity and professionalism and is viewed as a role model throughout our organization.”
“Lauren represents the best of what Slalom has to offer.”
In her role as client service lead, Lauren is dedicated to helping clients solve complex business problems. She works across business groups to provide delivery oversight, manage account operations, empower teams, and leverage Slalom’s cross-discipline expertise.
“Professionally, I’m most proud of the trusting relationships I’ve built,” says Lauren. “They make the work so worthwhile.”
In that spirit, she spearheaded the women’s leadership group in Slalom Atlanta—today known as the Women’s Leadership Network—to connect women and build community.
“This recognition reminds me of how much I have to give,” says Lauren. “Not only do I strive to continually serve and lead others every day with purpose, I’m passionate about helping others find their own path, purpose, and alignment to what they love.”
“I love being a part of a firm that not only recognizes, appreciates, and promotes new ideas, but also encourages consultants to make them a reality.”
