With a 94 percent approval rating, our CEO Brad Jackson was named a Glassdoor Highest Rated CEO for the fourth year in a row.

Our CEO Brad Jackson has been named one of Glassdoor’s Highest Rated CEOs for 2018. Glassdoor released its annual report, which highlights top leaders employees love working for in countries throughout North America and parts of Europe.

Among chief executives recognized by employees in the U.S., Jackson received an impressive approval rating of 94 percent based on the anonymous and voluntary reviews employees shared on Glassdoor throughout the past year. The average CEO approval rating of the 770,000 companies reviewed on Glassdoor is 69 percent. At number 39 on the list, this is Jackson’s fourth consecutive year making it into the top 50.

Jackson has said, “I am honored to be included on Glassdoor’s Highest Rated CEOs list with so many incredible leaders who put their people first. Thank you to Glassdoor for providing the opportunity for all of us to receive real-time feedback on what we’re doing right and the areas we can improve. I love my job because of the opportunity I have to work side-by-side with my Slalom teammates, creating a future in which every person loves their work and life.”

“Winning a Glassdoor Top CEO award is a true acknowledgement of exceptional leadership, as it reflects the opinions of the employees who work with a chief executive every day. I congratulate all of this year’s winners on this significant achievement,” said Robert Hohman, Glassdoor co-founder and CEO. “It can be a real recruiting advantage to have a top-rated CEO at the helm of a company who has strong support from his or her employees. The best CEOs are inspiring, trustworthy, innovative and can be great motivators for people to bring their best selves to work.”

When employees submit reviews about their company on Glassdoor, they’re asked to rate various factors about their employment experience, including their overall satisfaction and other workplace attributes like senior management. As part of these ratings, employees are also asked to rate whether they approve, disapprove, or are neutral about the job their CEO is doing.
