  • What makes Slalom great?
A culture that is truly committed to being great and doing what is right. This extends into the corporate citizenship realm and the efforts to strengthen the communities where we work. As we grow, not only is Slalom developing more formal approaches around our community engagement that create shared value, but across our offices we continue to fill our ranks with people who are passionate about making a difference. It is exciting to build on this energy and work on ways to inspire and enable our workforce to get involved, and expand the impact we can make collectively.
  • Experience
After completing a degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University, I made an immediate jump into consulting with Accenture. In 2003 I made the switch to Slalom where I continued working in project and program management out of our Seattle office. With the company’s growth and desires of leadership to see Slalom be a force of good in the world, I had the opportunity to turn my long-standing passion for sustainability and social innovation into my main focus now to develop and manage our overall corporate citizenship program.
