I’m responsible for managing and expanding Slalom’s Financial Services Banking & Payments consulting practices.

  • What your favorite part of your job?
    What I enjoy most about my job is the opportunity to learn every day. I am fortunate enough to be able to apply my industry expertise to support clients, while continually learning either about their particular business, or the numerous practice areas of Slalom. It’s great to be part of a team that can deliver holistic solutions to clients and everyone walks away richer for the experience.
  • What attracted you to Slalom?
    Slalom’s business model puts its employees first and its customer’s front and center, which is really appealing to me. I believe that client’s choose business partners on whether or not they want to work with them – and I find the Slalom team to be a group of talented, passionate people that are truly fun to work with. This focus on client success allows me to build lasting relationships with clients where I truly feel part of their team.
  • Experience
    I have over 25 years of professional experience in the global Financial Services industry with a mix of industry and consulting experience, specializing in business, marketing and operations strategy. I’ve gained a deep understanding of global industry practices, having managed credit card businesses for Citi in the US, Australia and the UK.

    Prior to joining Slalom, I was Director in PwC’s North American Payments Practice, led U.S. Consumer Credit Strategy for Visa Inc., provided payment consulting services to clients throughout Asia with Edgar, Dunn & Company and managed marketing and operations with four of the top US retail banks.
  • Education
    I earned a Masters of Business Administration from Widener University and Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
  • Hobbies
    I enjoy distance running, hiking, swimming, home renovations and volunteering.
