  • What attracted you to Slalom?
Slalom’s great mix of being established and entrepreneurial, along with a local market model that benefits both client and consultant. It’s a great opportunity to be part of establishing Slalom London, the 16th office and first outside North America.
  • Experience
Prior to joining Slalom as Practice Area Lead for Cloud, I’ve built and led Cloud, DevOps & Software Consulting Practices for IBM, EMC and Conchango. Head of Solution Architecture at Star (now Claranet). Solution Architect and 3rd Line Support Manager at Attenda, an Application Managed Services and Hosting Company. Starting out in Systems Administration/Network Management for a startup and Insurance company, now part of Churchill.
  • What makes a great consultant?
A great consultant is a problem solver who works smart, breaking down challenges and a master of their domain.
  • What’s your favorite part of your job?
Helping clients solve problems with technology and the reward of influencing transformation.
  • What was your first job?
At the age 15, I valeted cars at a local garage every weekend. Summer was bearable, fun at times, but winter was brutal!
  • I have lived/worked in the following cities:
    Winchester, London and Amsterdam
  • Charities
I support my children’s school by helping to run fund raising events, with my favorite being the annual quiz night!
  • Hobbies
Being a father of two, playing the guitar and photography. I have a small recording setup at home, with the hope that it helps me to produce an album, one day!
