  • What attracted you to Slalom?
    It ultimately boils down to doing interesting work with great people. I love the easy-going and innovative corporate culture. In many ways Slalom has a start-up atmosphere – very different from your typical consulting workplace.

    I’m a Customer Experience Consultant with 15 years of professional experience. I was previously at Capgemini Consulting. I’ve sold and led delivery of a variety of Customer Experience strategy & transformation projects to clients across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, consumer products, tech, health & beauty and automotive.

    My primary areas of expertise include CXM/CRM, Multichannel Marketing, Customer Journey Mapping, Campaign Management and Analytics. I’m considered a subject matter expert in customer experience management, digital business & database marketing. I like to write and I’m published frequently in industry journals.
