After a successful implementation in 2015, Slalom is now a Slack power user. Slack is the primary way that Slalom Build communicates; more than 3,000 of our team members work and collaborate through the platform every day. It’s critical to how we drive connection, culture, and teamwork, and it was a lifeline for maintaining our sense of community during the pandemic.

Bringing teams together
A renowned pharmaceutical company wanted to foster more collaboration and provide employees with a sense of community. We partnered with its teams to develop their Slack design and settings and to launch the platform within the organization. When stakeholder interviews revealed that communication styles and training preferences were vastly different for functions across the organization, we helped our client develop the right governance and content to support those needs, successfully migrating 20 workspaces and onboarding 2,800+ users to the Slack Enterprise Grid.
Slalom has been using Slack in-house since 2015 and our 1,000+ Salesforce consultants are incredibly excited to bring these two market-leading technology solutions together.
