Creating an exceptional on-mountain experience
Every year, millions of skiers and snowboarders flock to Aspen, Colorado to experience some of the best skiing and snowboarding conditions in the world. Aspen Skiing Company (ASC) provides a world-class experience for its visitors but was looking for ways to raise the bar even higher. We helped ASC analyze customer and employee experiences, opinions, and perceptions to identify opportunities to blow its guests away.
Improving customers’ TV experience
When Charter Communications wanted to make its content more accessible and convenient for customers, we helped them do just that—by creating a beautiful, engaging mobile app. Together, we designed an app with intuitive, easy-to-use interfaces so its customers—from four-year-olds to frequent business travelers—could watch TV from anywhere.
