Prism attracts top LGBTQ+ and allied employees, and helps them succeed throughout their careers at Slalom.
Celebrating authenticity every day
The Prism mission: Recruiting and retaining LGBTQ+ advocates and leaders. Creating a culture of continuous education. Taking an active part in the lives of our clients and communities. Increasing awareness and understanding. Removing workplace barriers for all sexual orientations, gender identities, and allies.
At Slalom, I can talk about what my wife and I did over the weekend and feel no different than my coworker talking about her husband.

Pride Month
Prism's hallmark event, LGBTQ+ Pride Month, is celebrated in June of each year to honor the 1969 Stonewall riots in New York City. Led by Marsha P. Johnson, a liberation activist and trans woman of color, patrons and supporters of the Stonewall Inn staged an uprising to resist the police harassment and anti-LGBTQ+ persecution.
Dan Yurocovic
When I came to Slalom, I wondered how I would come out. 10 years later, I have a hard time imagining a time when I was ever worried about being my authentic self at Slalom.
