REACH (Recruiting, Education, Authenticity, Community, Heritage) is a family of empowered and engaged employees focused on helping each other succeed professionally and personally. Our vision is one in which Black employees thrive at all levels, including executive leadership. We are also dedicated to recruiting, mentoring, and engaging with our community to cultivate the next generation of Black professionals.

I’m here today because somebody reached out to me when I was looking to make a career choice. I want Slalom to be more reflective of our communities, and that requires a hands-on approach.

I’ve never worked at a place where the phrase ‘be your authentic self’ was a mantra. As a Black woman, that means a lot. It means I don’t have to wear my hair a certain way or pretend to have the same hobbies or habits of anyone else. I can be myself, work hard, and that can be enough.
