Slalom Accessibility Statement

Slalom helps people and organizations dream bigger, move faster, and build better tomorrows for all. Slalom's vision is to enable a world where each person can love their life and work. A world that is truly inclusive of disability and neurodiversity is a better world for everyone.

Learn more about how we are embracing inclusion, diversity and equity through company-wide initiatives and our employee resource groups (including Horizons which amplifies the voices of disabled, neurodiverse, and mental health communities).

In 2021, we deepened our commitment to disability and neurodiversity inclusion by joining The Valuable 500, a global business collective innovating for disability inclusion.

Standards and Conformance

We are committed to improving accessibility and usability by following and conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, level AA success criteria. (We are also monitoring the forthcoming release of WCAG 2.2 and the early thoughts around WCAG 3.0, especially with respect to cognitive accessibility).

Following these global guidelines will help make our digital experiences accessible to users with sensory, mobility, and cognitive disabilities, and ultimately to all users, regardless of ability. Compliance and conformance are important, but we strive for bigger outcomes – working towards disability inclusion and usability for the widest audience.

We monitor the accessibility of slalom.com through the integration of the Pa11y toolset. We are working to expand our alliances to include accessibility partners to support our client's needs and our needs.
