Slalom earns top honours on UK's Best Workplaces for Wellbeing amongst medium organisations

Informed by those who know Slalom best—our people—we ranked #4 amongst large organisations.

London, UK - 14 February 2023 – Slalom, the global business and technology consulting company, has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing (2023) by Great Place to Work® for the second year in a row.

This honour is entirely based on feedback that our employees voluntarily and anonymously shared, giving our culture high marks across the board for providing positive work-life balance, a sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety, and financial security. Slalom was also recognised for its ability to deliver consistency of the employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

”When you hire great people, and treat them fantastically well, they can do amazing things for our customers,” said Dave Williams, President UK and Ireland. “So being a Best Workplace for Wellbeing again this year is an accolade I'm super proud of.”

Slalom UK has brand-new office spaces in London and Manchester, which are welcoming workplaces that promote healthy working practices. The company continually makes employees and their wellbeing a top priority, including available market-competitive benefits which employees can personalise themselves, such as private medical healthcare with unlimited mental health checks; flexibility for team members to define their own best ways of working (hours, locations, and more); and a  benefits program to help improve physical, mental, financial and/or social wellbeing.
