Wayne has more than 30 years of experience in the technology and consulting industry, holding significant global and international leadership roles throughout his career. He joined Slalom in 2015 to launch the company’s Canadian business, which has grown to nearly 1,000 team members across four offices (Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, and Montréal). Known for his empathetic, people-first leadership style, Wayne is passionate about creating collaborative environments where people and businesses can thrive together.
