私たちSlalomは、この度「Women in Agile Tokyo 2026」にプラチナスポンサーとして協賛することになりました。その背景、ストーリーをお伝えすると共に、当日スポンサーブースにいるメンバーの紹介をしたいと思います
なぜ私たちがWomen in Agileとコラボレーションするのか？
Slalomは「チャレンジを乗り越える経験が、関わる人々の成長を可能にし、 次の変化を創り出す」ことを大切にしています。私たちの真ん中にあるのは常に「人（People）」です。
今回、私たちがこのイベントを支援するのは、単なる広報活動ではありません。それは、私たちのコアバリューの一つである "Celebrate Authenticity（自分らしくあることを祝福する）" を、日本のアジャイルコミュニティと共に体現したいという強い願いがあるからです

"Slalom Women" では、「女性とアライ（支援者）を繋ぎ、情熱を追求し、潜在能力を最大限に発揮する事で未来を創造することをミッションとしています。これは、Women in Agile Japanの「女性アジャイルリーダー100人を創出する」というビジョンと深く共鳴しています。
■ 多様性がアジャイルを加速させる
変化の激しい現代において、アジャイルな組織であるためには「心理的安全性」と「多様な視点」が不可欠です。
似たような考えの人だけが集まる場所からは、破壊的なイノベーションは生まれません。一人ひとりが"Authenticity（自分らしさ）"を発揮し、異なる意見に耳を傾け、「取り入れてみる」ことに寛容になることでより良い解決策にたどり着けると私たちは信じています

Q1. 普段どんな仕事をしていますか？
顧客企業のデジタルトランスフォーメーションをはじめとする様々な変革のチャレンジに寄り添うコンサルタントとして、新規事業の構想策定や組織変革を支援しています

“こうあるべき”に縛られないこと。知らず知らずのうちにやってしまっている誰かの評価や世間体を気にした行動や考えを最小限にして、自由に発想し、行動すること

新しい人と出会うことは、新しい世界への扉を1つ開くことと同じだと思います。私も人見知りなのでこういうイベントは勇気がいるのですが、たくさんの可能性が待っていると思うので、ぜひいろんな方とつながっていただければと思います。Slalomのブースにもぜひ遊びにきてもらって、いろいろお話しできたらうれしいです！

お客様のSaaSプラットフォームのアーキテクティング、データプラットフォームの構築、プラットフォームエンジニアリングの導入のご支援などをしています。また、エンジニア系のコンサルタントのPeople Leaderも担当しています。

育ってきた環境やキャリアの歩みからくる異なる考え方を受け入れ、その違いを楽しむことかなと思います。

お客さまと一緒に、デジタルプロダクトやサービスのコンセプトづくり、計画案の策定、チームビルディング、Agileを用いたプロダクト開発などに取り組んでいます。

どんな場面や相手に対しても（たとえお客さまであっても）、思い切って自分の意見を伝えることを大切にしています。場の空気を読むことも重要ですが、あえて「こういう視点もあります」と自分の考えを示すことで、新たな切り口が生まれたり、さらなる解決策を引き出すきっかけになったりするからです。

Q1. What kind of work do you do?
As a consultant, I support clients in their transformation challenges, including digital transformation, new business strategy, and organizational change.
Q2. What does “Celebrate Authenticity” mean to you?
Not being bound by “shoulds.” I try to minimize unconscious behaviors driven by others’ expectations or social pressure, allowing myself to think and act more freely.
Q3. Message to Women in Agile Tokyo participants
Meeting new people is like opening a door to a new world. I’m actually shy, so attending events takes courage—but I believe amazing possibilities are waiting here. I’d love for you to connect with many people, and I hope you’ll stop by the Slalom booth so we can chat!

Q1. What kind of work do you do?
Rather than performing tasks on behalf of clients, I support them in transforming business processes and launching new businesses by creating collaboration and synergy. (I’ll share more in our sponsor session—please come listen!)

Valuing my emotions, intentions, and intuition. To do that, I intentionally make time for regular reflection.

I support clients with SaaS platform architecture, data platform development, and platform engineering initiatives. I also serve as a People Leader for engineering consultants.

Accepting and enjoying the different perspectives that come from our individual backgrounds and career journeys.

I work with clients to design digital product concepts, create roadmaps, build teams, and develop products using Agile practices.
Q2. What does “Celebrate Authenticity” mean to you?
Speaking up—even with clients—when I have a perspective that might add value. Reading the room is important, but intentionally offering a different viewpoint can inspire new ideas or unlock better solutions.
