Beachbody—the multi-level marketing company that sells fitness, weight loss, and muscle-building products—was struggling with its 12-year-old online selling platform, Coach Online Office (COO). Its coaches rely on the COO to track orders, customers, and sales data, but the platform—which was built and hosted by a third party outside of Beachbody’s control—had serious performance, data integrity, and stability issues.

Beachbody needed an overhaul of the platform to empower its coaches—the lifeblood of the organization—to better run their businesses. So it brought Slalom on to help.

Together, we rebuilt the COO from the ground up—transforming it into an efficient, highly scalable, mobile-friendly platform. Beachbody’s thousands of coaches can now quickly react to customers’ demands, plan for the future, and make more sales.
