In 2021, we continued to transform internally to improve the world around us and joined The Climate Pledge to achieve its goal of net-zero carbon emissions by 2040. Our 2021 Impact Report highlights the strides we are taking to achieve better tomorrows for all. We have set a foundation for a sustainable path forward, and we will use this momentum as a guide to drive us into the future.

Clean Up Australia: Data to protect the planet
Clean Up Australia is one of Australia’s most recognized and trusted environmental organizations. For over 30 years it has inspired and empowered communities to clean up, fix up and conserve the environment. We helped Clean Up Australia build data visualization dashboards to track its programs' progress and create a more sustainable future.
Feeding America: Connecting food banks, ending hunger
Feeding America and Slalom are partnering on a multiyear effort that will transform how Feeding America uses data and technology in its national office and across the network of member food banks. New ways of working and modernized tools from partners like Salesforce, Google, Microsoft, and Tableau will enable closer connections, mindful growth, and more support for people in need.
From making our recruitment and hiring practices more inclusive to ensuring our employee experiences are tailored to the diversity of our workforce, we are enabling our people to love their lives and work in more ways than ever before.
Employee resource groups
Our employee resource groups provide a warm and inclusive place for employees with common interests, goals, and backgrounds to connect and learn from one another. These groups are open to all Slalom employees and are led by an executive sponsor, global leads, and local-level chapters.
