Forging paths, together
Slalom Women is our employee resource group that connects, elevates, and celebrates women to enable an equitable voice throughout Slalom—creating an exceptional place to work.
From technical certification training to mentorship programs to book clubs, Slalom Women helps women to pursue their passions, reach their full potential, and shape the future.
I want to see more women pursue their dreams without obstacles, more women sit in the room making important decisions, and I want to be one of them to inspire our future generations.
Slalom Women includes the following communities:
Women’s Leadership Network
The Women’s Leadership Network is a group open to all genders at Slalom committed to engaging, inspiring, and encouraging every woman at Slalom to achieve her full and unique potential.
You can’t be what you can’t see. Women's Leadership Network creates a network for women at various stages in their careers to share their stories, gain advice, offer peer support, and get tips and tools to advance their careers.
Women in Tech
Women in Tech’s purpose is to inspire, nurture, and champion women’s careers in technology. The group develops Slalom women’s technical and business skills, creates an inclusive and thriving community of technical thought leaders, fosters external partnerships, and much more.
As a woman of color in technology, I know how hard it is to be in the technology space, and I wanted to join a community where I had mentors and leaders that could guide me through navigating this area. The Women in Tech community is an open, safe space for me to grow, not just in my career but as a person.
Women Who Build
Women Who Build is Slalom Build’s inclusive, diverse community dedicated to inspiring, supporting, and empowering our women Builders. Its goal is to provide the resources and sense of belonging that will maintain Slalom Build’s leadership in the technology market and create an environment where women and diverse candidates will thrive.
Slalom is the first place I've worked with a strong internal female community. Women Who Build helps me feel confident and secure in my career because I know I have this community for support.
