Slalom Welcomes Nicole Michaels to Strengthen its Global Insurance Industry Practice

Seattle, WA – June 22, 2025 - Slalom, the global business and technology consulting company, today announced Nicole Michaels has joined the company as its Global Insurance Leader. Nicole brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the insurance industry and a proven track record of driving business and technology transformation across global organizations.

In this role, Nicole will partner with Slalom teams and insurance customers to shape strategies, modernize operations, and deliver meaningful growth across the insurance ecosystem, including property & casualty, commercial and specialty, personal lines, life, annuity, retirement, and employee benefits.

Prior to joining Slalom, Nicole held senior leadership roles at Ernst & Young and Accenture, where she led large-scale transformation initiatives for property & casualty and life insurers, delivered sustained growth, expanded customer portfolios, and built strategic alliances across the insurance ecosystem.  

Nicole is also a recognized industry leader and advisor and serves on the Board of Directors for West Bend Insurance.
